Hi, I’m Gina, founder of NeuroBridge Coaching — a space created to help individuals and parents understand their minds, reconnect with their strengths, and build practical bridges toward a calmer, more empowered life.
I am a Certified Wellness Coach II with a Masters of Social Work. As someone with lived neurodivergent experiene, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to my work. I have a deep passion for helping people who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. Whether it’s ADHD, Autism, school struggles, emotional regulation, or the everyday pressures of life, I guide clients with an approach that is compassionate, direct, and deeply practical.
I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated. It has to be connected.
For years, I watched parents, adults, teens, and children try to navigate challenges without the tools or support they deserved. I saw families trying their best yet feeling defeated. I saw gifted, brilliant minds mislabeled as “lazy,” “unmotivated,” or “difficult.”
I created NeuroBridge Coaching to change that. We provide you with practical guidance needed to navigate services, advocate confidently, and build healthy wellness habits.
My mission is to build bridges:
Everyone deserves support that sees the whole person — brain, body, story, and strengths.
